How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your package at any time using our tracking tool.

Shipping Carriers
We ship from two fulfillment centers to ensure you get the best products. Your carrier depends on where your item is located:

  • US Warehouse: Ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Korea Warehouse: Ships via EMS (Korea Post), FedEx International, CJ Logistics, DHL Express, Shipnergy, or partner cross-border logistics providers depending your destination
    • Note: For certain international destinations, your order may be handled through KPTOWN's partner cross-border logistics network. In these cases, the carrier name and tracking link will be provided after dispatch or once the shipment is handed over to the local delivery partner in your country. A specific carrier may not be shown at checkout.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items from both our U.S. and Korea warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Delivery times between shipments may differ.

Frequently Asked Questions

I didn't receive a tracking number.
Tracking numbers are generated 1-3 business days after you place your order. If you haven't received an email after 3 days, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at support@kptown.com.

My tracking status hasn't updated.

  • Label Created: This means we have packed your order, but the carrier has not scanned it yet. Please allow 24 hours.
  • In Transit: If your package is coming from Korea, it is common to see no updates while it is on the international flight.
