Products purchased from KPTOWN may not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access or account.
KPTOWN reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
- Update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or products without notice
- Limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or unauthorized bulk purchasers

2. Billing & Payment
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may appear in local currencies for convenience. Final checkout amounts are converted to USD using Shopify or payment provider exchange rates.
Displayed prices in local currencies may vary depending on exchange rates, banks, payment providers, or currency conversion services.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Payment is charged at checkout.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

3.1 Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, inventory shortages, supplier delays, or high-volume periods.
Processing time is included in estimated delivery times.
3.2 Shipping Locations
🇺🇸 U.S. Warehouse:
Beauty and skincare products for U.S. domestic delivery
🇰🇷 Korea Warehouse:
K-Beauty products for international orders
Orders shipped outside of the United States are generally fulfilled and shipped directly from South Korea.
K-POP albums, merchandise, collectibles, and related products are currently available for delivery within the United States only.
International shipping for K-POP products outside of the United States is currently not available.
Orders containing items from multiple warehouses may be shipped separately.
3.3 Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Domestic Orders:
Approximately 5–12 business days depending on destination region.
International Orders:
Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, shipping carrier, weather conditions, and local courier operations.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
3.4 International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs inspections
- Import duties
- VAT/GST
- Customs handling fees
- Local taxes
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and additional charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For select countries, duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout depending on shipping conditions and carrier availability (DDP: Delivered Duty Paid).
Import regulations for cosmetics and skincare products vary by country.
Certain products or ingredients may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.
Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations before placing an order.
KPTOWN is not responsible for packages rejected, delayed, confiscated, destroyed, or returned due to local customs regulations.
Orders containing large quantities of identical items, unusually high order values, or restricted cosmetic ingredients may experience additional customs inspections or verification requests.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Identification documents
- Tax numbers
- Customs-related information
Failure to provide required customs information may result in shipment delays, cancellation, or package return.
KPTOWN cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue shipments.
If customs fees or import taxes are refused, all shipping and return costs may be deducted from eligible refunds.
3.5 Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
KPTOWN is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor strikes
- Government actions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Other events beyond our control
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, KPTOWN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Packages confirmed lost in transit before delivery may be reviewed case-by-case.
4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds may be accepted only in the following situations:
The product arrived significantly damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product contains a major manufacturing defect
KPTOWN may provide:
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Store credit
depending on the situation.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened or used cosmetics/skincare products
- K-POP items shipped from Korea
- Products shipped domestically may be eligible for return if unopened, unused, and in original packaging — see our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for conditions
- Sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Packages refused by customers
- Orders delayed by customs or shipping carriers
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details and ingredients before purchasing.
4.3 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by KPTOWN.
4.4 Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact support@kptown.com immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed as orders begin processing within 1–2 business days.
5. Product Information & Liability
Product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, images, and usage instructions are provided by manufacturers.
Actual packaging or product appearance may vary due to production updates or packaging renewals.
KPTOWN does not guarantee specific results for every customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, and usage instructions before use.
If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPTOWN is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Skin sensitivities
- Misuse of products
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Shipping delays
- Customs-related issues
6. User Accounts & Content
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
KPTOWN may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of policy
- Unauthorized resale
- Violation of these Terms
