Shipping Policy
At KPTOWN, we provide fast and reliable delivery from both our U.S. fulfillment center and our Korea-based warehouse. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
However, some items may require additional restocking time depending on inventory availability or supplier conditions, which may result in shipment delays.
During promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Orders containing both K-Beauty and K-POP items may be shipped separately from different locations, including the United States and South Korea.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in South Korea and destination countries.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are generally fulfilled and shipped directly from South Korea.
K-POP albums, merchandise, collectibles, and related products are currently available for delivery within the United States only.
International shipping for K-POP products outside of the United States is currently not available.
Orders containing items from multiple warehouses may be shipped separately.

This estimate includes international transit and customs clearance time.

For Thailand and selected Southeast Asian destinations, orders may be shipped through KPTOWN’s partner cross-border logistics network. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, quantity, customs review, logistics routing, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that customs inspections may cause additional delays in some countries.

Shipping Rates
United States
Items shipped from our U.S. warehouse (Beauty, Skincare)
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders below $50 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99.
Items shipped from our Korea warehouse (Albums, Goods, Merchandise)
A flat shipping fee of $40 will apply.
Free shipping is not available for K-POP products shipped from Korea.
International Orders
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination country, shipping method, package weight, and package size.
Free shipping promotions may apply depending on the destination country and order amount.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failed customs clearance may be charged to the customer.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination country, package weight, customs conditions, logistics routing, and shipping method selected at checkout.
For selected international destinations, including certain Southeast Asian countries, shipments may be handled through KPTOWN’s partner cross-border logistics providers. The logistics route and local delivery carrier may vary depending on the products, quantity, destination address, customs processing, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.
For this reason, a specific carrier name may not be displayed at checkout. The assigned carrier name, tracking number, and tracking link will be provided after dispatch or once the shipment is handed over to the local delivery stage.
Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to carrier restrictions, sanctions, or import regulations, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries or regions, including but not limited to:
- Belarus
- Russia
- North Korea
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Syria
- Yemen
Additional countries or regions may be restricted depending on shipping carrier availability and local customs regulations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, we are unable to deliver to your location at this time.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped internationally from South Korea, import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on destination country regulations.
For selected countries, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout before shipment under DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, depending on shipping conditions and carrier availability.
Countries where duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout may include:
- Japan
- Taiwan
- Singapore
- United Kingdom
- Australia
For countries where DDP is not available, customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, GST, customs handling fees, or additional taxes directly to customs authorities or shipping carriers before delivery.
Unless duties, taxes, or customs-related charges are expressly collected at checkout, such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies differ by country and are subject to change without notice.
Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations before placing an order.
Certain cosmetic ingredients or products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.
KPTOWN is not responsible for orders rejected, delayed, confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities due to local import regulations.
Orders containing large quantities of the same item, unusually high order values, or restricted cosmetic ingredients may experience customs delays or additional verification requests.
Customers may be required to provide identification documents, tax numbers, or customs-related information depending on local customs regulations.
Failure to provide required information may result in shipment delays, cancellation, or return of the package.
We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or undervalue shipments.
If a package is refused due to customs charges, all original shipping costs and return fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Selected Cross-border Delivery Destinations
For selected international destinations, including certain Southeast Asian countries, orders may be shipped through KPTOWN’s partner cross-border logistics network.
Cosmetic products shipped through partner cross-border delivery routes are accepted for personal-use orders only where required by local import regulations.
Orders containing large quantities of the same item, multiple units of cosmetic products, unusually high order values, or restricted ingredients may be delayed, rejected, returned, or require additional review by local customs authorities or relevant government agencies.
To improve customs clearance stability, KPTOWN may apply product quantity limits, item restrictions, order value limits, or additional verification requirements for selected destinations.
Local customs authorities, shipping carriers, or relevant government agencies may request additional recipient information, identification documents, product information, taxes, customs handling fees, storage fees, or other charges before delivery.
Failure to provide required information or complete customs-related procedures may result in delays, cancellation, return, disposal, or inability to deliver the package.
Customs clearance is subject to the final decision of the destination country’s customs authorities and relevant government agencies.
KPTOWN cannot guarantee customs clearance for all international orders.
If an order is delayed, rejected, returned, disposed of, or cannot be delivered due to customs review, restricted ingredients, excessive quantities, missing recipient information, unpaid taxes or fees, or local import regulations, shipping charges and any return, storage, disposal, or customs-related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Additional Notice for Thailand Orders
Cosmetic products shipped to Thailand may be subject to stricter personal-use, product quantity, ingredient, and customs review requirements.
KPTOWN may apply additional quantity limits, item restrictions, or recipient verification requirements for Thailand orders to reduce customs clearance risks.
Thailand orders may experience additional customs review by Thai Customs or relevant authorities, and delivery may take longer than the estimated delivery window.
Split Shipments
If your order includes items fulfilled from both the U.S. warehouse and Korea warehouse:
- Your order may arrive in separate packages
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number
- Delivery times may vary between shipments
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KPTOWN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact support@kptown.com for assistance
Packages confirmed lost in transit before delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Delays & Exceptions
KPTOWN is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays or service interruptions
- Labor strikes
- Government actions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact support@kptown.com with your order number and tracking information.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
- The package was unclaimed
- The customer refused to pay customs fees or taxes
- The customer refused delivery
- Required customs documents were not provided
In these cases:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees and return fees may be deducted from eligible refunds
In some cases, refunds may be limited if returned packages cannot be recovered due to local customs regulations.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially for international shipments.
For orders shipped through KPTOWN’s partner cross-border logistics network, tracking details may be updated after dispatch or once the shipment is handed over to the local delivery partner in the destination country.
If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
